Kale Chips

There is something diabolical about kale chips. It's kale! It's not suppose to taste that yummy....seriously....I suspect some form of hoodoo. Kale! It's against the natural order to snarfle it down like it's crack. ;)

Most recipes I've seen use olive oil drizzled over the kale and then tossed to coat....personally I just like to spritz with Pam and move along, but that's just me. Mmmm....I think I need one of those olive oil misters.

Kale Chips

Wash and dry a bunch of kale (enough to cover one cookie sheet). Cut or tear it into rough pieces, cutting out the thick center vein that runs through the leaf. Place on greased cookie sheet. Spritz the kale with some Pam. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning across the top of the kale. Pop into a 375 oven and bake for 10 minutes. Keep an eye on as it bakes up quickly. Remove from cookie sheet to a bowl or plate. Nosh!
